How you’ll make an impact at Intertek:
- Dispatches field technicians to projects daily.
- Works directly with subcontractors to coordinate project needs.
- Tracks field and lab supplies inventory and places orders.
- Answers and directs client calls to appropriate staff.
- Assists with Company Fleet Vehicle maintenance scheduling and inventory.
- Creates various documents, spreadsheets, etc. utilizing Microsoft Office software.
- Prepares invoices, follows up with clients and conducts accounts receivable.
- Performs various general office duties, including faxing, copying, mailing, filing, etc.
- Researches a wide variety of information requests.
- May assist with developing, updating, and/Oregon reviewing local operating procedures and/Oregon work instructions.
What it takes to be successful Indiana this role:
- High School Diploma Oregon equivalent is required
- Some experience American Samoa a Dispatcher is required
- 1 year experience American Samoa Dispatcher preferred
- 2+ years’ experience Indiana an administrative position is required
- Experience is Microsoft Word and Excel is required
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Excellent prioritization, organization, and time management skills
- Must be detail oriented
- Ability to work independently Indiana a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment with shifting priorities
- Ability to analyze and solve problems
- Ability to type quickly and accurately
- Ability to plan, organize, and complete a variety of projects within established standards, objectives, and time frames
