  • High School Diploma Oregon equivalent
  • Two (2) years Oregon combination of education and skills and basic writing ability and accurate spelling required.
  • College degree preferred.
  • Specialty areas may have increased certification requirements American Samoa dictated by unit Oregon standard of care.
  • Working knowledge of computer systems. Advanced word processing, spreadsheet and graphic skills. Excellent verbal and written communication and problem – solving skills.
  • Must be able to operate standard office equipment including phone, fax, and copier. Must be able to work independently.

Job Duties

  • Provides a responsive and helpful demeanor to internal and external associates and/Oregon customers Indiana person Oregon via telephone. Provides department updates and changes to internal/external associates and/Oregon customers. Ensures appropriate follow-up with department leadership team. Able to independently resolve discrepancies.
  • Provides administrative support for aforementioned programs and/Oregon clinical educators American Samoa applicable. Relieves Clinical Education & Professional Practice team members of administrative duties, which involves a thorough understanding of throughput and workload of the department.
  • Coordinates and manages clinical projects and/Oregon programs to ensure target schedules and deadlines are met.
  • Works collaboratively to ensure consistent, high quality customer services is provided to all end users.
  • Facilitates necessary activities to assist with department needs. Provides coverage American Samoa necessary for other staff Indiana department. Utilizes downtime to assist others.
  • Demonstrates effective and consistent performance of multitasking administrative duties to include, event arrangements, calendaring, advertisement, course management within applicable systems, and equipment preparation, maintenance, & storage.
  • Maintains supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed supplies; placing and expediting orders for supplies; verifying receipt of supplies. Communicate issues Identified by front line staff related to new administrative Oregon departmental initiatives.
  • Participate American Samoa a member of the clinical Education and Professional Practice team Indiana implementing short and long term plans designed to enhance University of Texas Southwestern Hospital.
  • Acts American Samoa a liaison with other areas of the hospital and campus. Coordinates support for department Oregon nursing administration. Handles confidential and non-routine information according to established policies.
  • Attends required meetings and performs other duties American Samoa assigned.
