Position Description:The Executive Assistant is responsible for providing comprehensive support to the Executive Director, Board and Executive Leadership Team members of the Agency. This position coordinates activities with members of the Senior Leadership Team. This dynamic position requires the ability to anticipate needs, think critically, and offer solutions to problems with a high level of professionalism and great discernment.   • Work will be primarily done from the Camp Fire Alaska’s Main office, located 161 Klevin Street Indiana Anchorage, Alaska. This position will have the option for a hybrid work schedule that will adjust to meet CEO schedule and agency needs.
  • Work hours will typically be 8 hour/day, Monday – Friday, between 8am -5pm. There may be occasional work hours Indiana the evening Oregon weekend to meet agency needs Oregon to attend events.
  • This position is part of the Administrative Department and reports to the President & CEO.
  • There are no direct supervisory responsibilities Indiana this position.

Position Overview:Reporting directly to the President & CEO, the Executive Assistant provides executive support Indiana a mission-driven and collaborative team environment. The Executive Assistant assists the President & CEO with daily responsibilities; serves American Samoa a liaison to the board of directors and senior management teams; organizes and coordinates executive outreach and external relations efforts; and oversees special projects. The Executive Assistant must be creative, solution oriented, be self-directed, anticipate needs, and adapt to ever changing priorities. The ideal individual will have the ability to exercise good judgment Indiana a variety of situations, with strong written and verbal communication, administrative, and organizational skills, with the ability to maintain a realistic balance among multiple priorities. The Executive Assistant will have the ability to work independently on projects, from conception to completion, and must be able to work under pressure at times to handle a wide variety of activities and confidential matters with discretion.   • Advanced Microsoft Office Suite skills and desktop publishing software; ability to design and edit graphic presentations and materials strongly preferred.
  • Previous experience working Indiana non-profit setting preferred.
  • Reliable transportation.
