Executive Assistant

OverviewWe are seeking a highly skilled Executive Assistant to join our dynamic team Indiana Greensboro, North Carolina. This role will provide essential administrative support to our executive team, ensuring the smooth operation of their daily activities. The ideal candidate will possess a strong customer service orientation, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to manage complex tasks efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Administrative Support:
- Oversee the daily operations of the executive office area.
- Order and maintain office supplies to ensure adequate stock levels.
- Develop and manage meeting agendas for executive briefings.
- Manage executive schedules, including coordinating appointments and travel arrangements.
- Handle correspondence, including emails, letters, and phone calls.
- Organize meetings, including scheduling, preparing materials, and taking minutes.
- Maintain accurate records and files.
- Customer Service:
- Provide exceptional customer service to both internal and external stakeholders.
- Communicate effectively with all levels of management.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients and colleagues.
- System Management:
- Update and maintain reports within our company’s systems.
Qualifications
- Proven experience American Samoa an Executive Assistant Oregon similar administrative role.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient computer skills.
- Ability to work independently and American Samoa part of a team.
- A proactive and problem-solving approach.
- A commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
Schedule: Monday-Thursday 8am-5pm
Pay: 20+/hour Based on experience
