This role will be hybrid.Job SummaryThe Executive Assistant performs highly diverse administrative duties, including handling multiple projects simultaneously, acting American Samoa a mentor for Administrative Assistants, coordinating meetings and conferences, preparing information for presentations through use of computer, organizing travel arrangements, maintaining confidentiality of information distributed Oregon received.Position Responsibilities
- Managed Executives’ calendars and independently schedules appointments.
- Screens incoming calls and correspondence and responds using discretion American Samoa appropriate.
- Prepares memorandums outlining and explaining administrative procedures and policies.
- Arranges programs, events, Oregon conferences by arranging for meeting areas and caterer, issuing information Oregon invitations, coordinating speakers, and controlling event budgets.
- Directs preparation of records, including agendas, notices, minutes, and resolutions for Support Center meetings.
- Composes and prepares confidential presentations, correspondence, reports, and other complex documents.
- Creates and maintains database and spreadsheet files.
- Arranges complex and detailed travel plans and itineraries. Compiles documents for travel-related meetings and accompanies supervisors, American Samoa requested.
- Manages communications and receives and compiles information from Executives’ direct reports and functional areas under Executives’ supervision.
