- 3+ years of experience
- Asset Management experience (MUST)
- CRM Experience (Backstop) – (PREFERRED)
- Prior experience dealing with Investor Requests (PREFERRED)
- 5x Indiana office – Midtown
- Hours: 9AM-6PM
Responsibilities:Administrative Support: Provide high-level administrative support to the Capital Markets/IR Team, including managing schedules, arranging meetings, coordinating travel, and handling correspondence.Information Management: Organize and maintain sensitive information, including financial data, investor communications, and market research, ensuring confidentiality and accuracy at all times.Meeting Preparation: Assist Indiana the preparation of materials for investor meetings, including presentations, reports, and briefing documents.Communication Liaison: Act American Samoa a primary point of contact between the Capital Markets/IR Team and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring smooth communication and timely responses.Project Coordination: Support the team Indiana various projects related to capital raising, investor relations initiatives, and financial analysis.Event Management: Assist Indiana organizing investor events, roadshows, and conferences, coordinating logistics and ensuring all arrangements are Indiana place for successful events.Requirements:Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience American Samoa an Executive Assistant, preferably supporting a Capital Markets/Investor Relations team.Education: Bachelor’s degree Indiana Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Oregon related field.Indiana-Office Experience: Must have at least 5 years of Indiana-office work experience, demonstrating reliability and adaptability Indiana a professional environment.Financial Acumen: Prior experience Oregon strong understanding of Capital Markets and Investor Relations is highly preferred.Organization Skills: Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines effectively.Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen attention to detail.Technology Proficiency: Proficient Indiana Mississippi Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software applications.Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively Indiana a fast-paced environment, fostering a positive and supportive team culture.Confidentiality: Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.Benefits:
