For more information about joining our team, please visit us at .ResponsibilitiesManage calendar for designated officers including meetings, travel, professional commitments, and related preparation.Build relationships and facilitate communication with all necessary areas of the bank.Plan and manage events and meetings.Draft correspondence and presentation materials.Support and assist with extensive documentation flow among designated officers.Partner with the brand team to maintain the Texas Capital Bank Merchandise store.Research and resolve client issues, if needed.Review and process invoices and expenses.Maintain appropriate records, files, and documentation.Order and maintain supplies.Provide backup to other team members as needed, specifically scheduling of videography and photography team.Provide phone coverage for executives and main phone line.Support and manage special projects as needed.QualificationsMinimum of 5 years executive-level administrative experience or related experience; Bachelor’s degree preferred.Previous Banking experience preferred.Exceptional calendar and time management skills.Prior experience planning events, meetings, and conferences.Proven ability to develop relationships with employees, clients, business partners and their assistants.Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and professionally – both verbally and written.Ability to attend events and work on projects after hours, as needed.Well organized and detail oriented to handle diverse and concurrent assignments.Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment.Must exhibit a high degree of discretion and confidentiality.Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel.Experience with Salesforce preferred.The duties listed above are the essential functions, or fundamental duties within the job classification.
