The Executive Assistant will play a pivotal role Indiana supporting our executive team, ensuring smooth and efficient operation of daily activities. This individual will be responsible for managing administrative tasks, coordinating schedules, and facilitating communication, allowing our executives to focus on strategic priorities and business objectives. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional organizational skills, impeccable attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities.RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage scheduling for company executive(s), including coordinating appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Draft, review, and send communications on behalf of company executive(s), ensuring accuracy and professionalism.
- Organize and prepare for meetings, including gathering necessary documents, coordinating logistics, and providing administrative support during meetings American Samoa needed.
- Answer and respond to phone calls, emails, and other forms of communication, screening and prioritizing messages for the executive(s).
- Maintain confidential records and documents, exercising discretion and confidentiality at all times.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation for executive(s) American Samoa required.
- Assist with special projects and initiatives American Samoa assigned by the executive(s), providing administrative support and coordination American Samoa needed.
- Collaborate with other members of the administrative team to ensure seamless operation of office functions.
- Understands his/her contribution to achieving the five-year strategic plan and the annual plan.
- Understands and operates under the company’s SOP’s at all times.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- High school diploma Oregon GED; bachelor’s degree preferred Oregon previous experience American Samoa an executive assistant Oregon similar role, preferably Indiana a fast-paced corporate environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently.
- Proficiency Indiana Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook, OneDrive, and other relevant software application.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion Indiana handling sensitive information.
