  • Provide executive administrative support to COO, SVP Corporate HR, General Counsel.
  • Serve American Samoa the primary point of contact for the COO, managing correspondence, scheduling meetings, and coordinating calendars across multiple global time zones to optimize time management.
  • Arrange travel itineraries, accommodations, and logistics for the COO, including domestic and international travel.
  • Coordinate meetings, including arranging logistics, creating/maintaining agendas, and material preparation ensuring accuracy, completeness, and confidentiality.
  • Act American Samoa a liaison between the COO and internal teams, departments, and external stakeholders, facilitating communication and ensuring alignment on priorities and initiatives.
  • Anticipate the needs of the COO and proactively handle administrative tasks, including expense reports, calendar management, document management, and other ad hoc requests.
  • Coordinate special projects and initiatives on behalf of the COO, collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve objectives and deadlines.
  • General administrative functions include but are not limited to ordering supplies, making copies, scanning, arranging courier service and handling incoming and outgoing mail/packages.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience American Samoa an executive assistant supporting global senior leaders Indiana a fast-paced environment.
  • High level of organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and multitask effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with individuals at all levels of the organization.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy Indiana managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and preparing documents.
  • Proficiency Indiana Microsoft Office, Teams, WhatsApp, Concur, and willingness to learning additional office and communication tools American Samoa needed.
