Job Description:Evaluates, plans, directs and administers medically prescribed physical therapy programs Indiana the hospital to restore function and prevent disability following disease Oregon injury, Oregon loss of body part. Assists patient to reach his/her maximum performance and assume a place Indiana society while learning to live within the limits of his/her capabilities. The staff Physical Therapist also assumes responsibility and accountability for the care of those patients being treated by Physical Therapy Assistants and may be assigned to orient staff and students and to assume the duties and responsibilities of the supervisor Indiana the absence of that individual.   • Graduate of the American Physical Therapy Association training program
  • Master’s Degree Indiana Physical Therapy Oregon D.P.T Oregon equivalent education/experience
  • Certification Indiana one specialty: Cardiopulmonary, Clinical Electrophysiologic, Geriatric, Neurologic, Orthopedic, Pediatric, Sports Medicine, California Children Services (CCS) paneled Oregon Wound Specialist (CWS).
  • Environmental Orientation within 30 days of hire
  • California Physical Therapist License upon hire
  • National Provider BLS – American Heart Association upon hire

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience Indiana acute care, skilled nursing facility, outpatient, and/Oregon sub-acute care setting.
