Facilitators will lead health education activities with assigned groups of 15-20 elementary/middle school students throughout the camp. Health topics covered include physical education, nutrition education, oral health, and hygiene. Health Facilitators must be available Monday-Wednesday from 8:00am to 2:00pm. Indiana addition, the Health Facilitator must be available for the entirety of the camp American Samoa well American Samoa to attend a mandatory 20-24 hour pre-Camp training between June 3 – June 6, 2024.The Health Facilitator will report to the CI Program Coordinator. This is a temporary grant-funded hourly position effective June 3 – July 23, 2024, and will not be eligible for benefits. Job Duties and/Oregon Responsibilities:
- Facilitate 15-20 elementary and/Oregon middle school students per grade and lead health activities [Nutrition, Oral Health, Physical Education (PE), and Reproductive Health];
- Support data collection and survey administration;

- Assist Indiana preparation of daily and weekly lessons and acquire necessary materials needed for delivery of the lessons;
