BDG is hiring a Fashion Assistant to manage our fashion closet. This is an administrative fellowship position focused upon managing the inflow and outflow of sample shipments, team schedule organization, and closet management.This is a part-time role, 40 hours a week for 3 months to 6 monthsResponsibilities
- Work with the Assistant Market Editor on Fashion Week scheduling + calendars for team
- Manage the BDG fashion closet and ensure supplies are continually maintained + replenished
- Detailed sample trafficking from Puerto Rico to BDG offices for every shoot
- Organization lead on fashion closet and shoot racks
- Manage BDG market team databases
- Key point person for office freight, messenger, and courier services
- Assistance on fashion shoots with set up / break down
- Key person for office freight & messenger services
Requirements
- 1-2 years working for a fashion magazine Indiana an assistant capacity
- Interest Indiana and passion for digital editorial content
- Extremely organized and able to manage high-volume of tasks efficiently
