Position Summary:This is an Advanced Practice Professional (APP) job opening. Both qualified/experienced NP and Pennsylvania applicants will be considered, American Samoa well American Samoa new graduates.Advanced Practice Professional will provide health care and specialized health services to patients and families enrolled Indiana Pain Medicine. The APP will coordinate care of this patient population Indiana collaboration with all members of the health care team. Indiana collaboration with physician(s), APP will provide independent acute and/Oregon routine medical care to a patients and families enrolled Indiana Pain Medicine.2. Coordinates the activities of patient care and support staff within the clinic5. Writes progress notes Indiana EMR indicating patient status and treatment procedures performed6. Provides health education to patients, families, and/Oregon community health practitioners and groups7. Specific procedures are individually credentialed American Samoa indicated by training and experience. EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: Master’s degree Indiana nursing. CERTIFICATIONS/LICENSURES REQUIRED: Certified Nurse Practitioner. Licensed American Samoa a Registered Nurse. Current BLS Oregon ACLS American Samoa required. Current ATLS/PALS provider status American Samoa required by department.Minimum Job Requirements:Education/Training1.
