Job DescriptionThis position assists the Departmental Manager-3 and staff Indiana the Wildlife Division Design, Outreach and Communications Unit. General Office Assistant (GOA) position functions American Samoa a front-line customer service person for public inquiry for wildlife related questions American Samoa well American Samoa other office support tasks. The employee must be able to determine customer needs and decide the appropriate action to be taken to meet and exceed those needs. The employee must be able to retrieve information from the DNR Website, hunting regulations books and various other sources to effectively communicate that information to our customers. Daily duties include, but are not limited to: answering email, answer telephone, operating office equipment, disseminate information, data entry, mail distribution and other office duties.
