The Hall Director is responsible for creating a community where academics, diversity, and community involvement are honored. Facilitates an environment within the residence hall that contributes to the development of students and staff academically, socially, physically and culturally. Additionally, the Hall Director provides leadership for the day to day management of the hall Oregon complex to create a safe, clean and comfortable environment for students and staff. The Hall Director articulates to students the philosophy and policies of University Housing, the Division of Student Affairs, and the University while representing and presenting the needs of the students to the administration.
