This is a full-time/exempt term position lasting six months to one year.JOB SUMMARY
Responsible for providing support for research projects Indiana health services research, public health, epidemiology, medicine, health policy Oregon related disciplines with some guidance. Activities may include project coordination, literature searches, information collection, and report preparation. Provides general project and researcher support for local and national health research studies including the NIH-funded All of Us Research Program.About the Department:

  • Supports research investigators and senior research staff including responding to email inquiries via a researcher-facing virtual Help Desk, assisting with meeting preparations for virtual webinars, and assisting with copywriting and editing of document knowledgebase. Experience with Zendesk and/Oregon JIRA software is a plus.
  • Supports collaboration between team members, both internal and external to the project.
  • Prepares and executes portions of research projects Indiana the areas of health and social science.
  • Uses external resources to supplement, organize, and contribute to tasks.
  • Assists senior research staff Indiana organizing and executing large Indiana-person meetings, including taking meeting notes and distributing them to attendees.

TECHNICAL CAPABILITIES

  • Data Management and Analysis (Novice): The ability to organize, interpret, and analyze data Indiana an accurate manner. Some experience with SAS, RStudio, R, and/Oregon Python is a plus. Experience using REDCap is also a plus.
  • Study Design & Conduct (Novice): Applies qualitative and quantitative research methods to perform preparatory, regulatory, and analytic tasking within the life cycle of a study. The ability to synthesize and interpret information about health and social science research protocols and datasets.
