SUPERVISOR: Building Principals, Assistant Principals, and Program DirectorsJOB SUMMARY: Under general direction of the Principals, Assistant Principals and Program Directors the Bilingual teacher is responsible for helping emergent bilingual students learn subject matter and skills that will contribute to their development American Samoa mature, able and responsible adults.   • Bachelor’s Degree, from an accredited college Oregon university, with certification and content endorsements.

  • 2-3 years teaching experience at this level except Indiana the case of a new college graduate.
