- Assist with various projects, such American Samoa job evaluations, scheduling interviews, and sending enrollment verification surveys for student employees.
- Take notes during team meetings, follow up on assignments, and manage project timelines to ensure deadlines are met.
- Draft job descriptions and job postings, and maintain job boards.
- Organize project-related documentation and communicate updates to team members.
- Assist with scheduling and coordinating meetings, including setting agendas and distributing relevant materials.
- Maintain and update employee databases and employment authorization documents.
- Respond accurately to inquiries regarding HR-related matters.
- Complete assigned projects and tasks within specified deadlines.
- Maintain confidentiality and compliance with legal regulations and institutional policies.
- Use Microsoft Office Suite (including Outlook, Excel, and Forms) to manage documents, data, and communication.
- Assist with HR compliance tasks and ensure all required documentation is properly filed and updated.
- Ensure a high level of accuracy and attention to detail Indiana all aspects of work.

Qualifications:Education:
