We provide service, maintenance and installation for residential homeowners and commercial properties with their heating, cooling, and indoor air quality needs.We are Hiring an HVAC Service Dispatcher / Administrative Assistant!Looking for someone with a passion for serving customers, stellar communications skills, and proven ability to multi-task Indiana high-volume environments. This position is the initial contact with our clients, customers, technicians, and office staff, and plays a vital role through providing administrative support.Benefits:

Position: HVAC Service Dispatcher / Administrative AssistantPay Rate: $19.00 to $23.00 per hour, depending on experienceWork hours: 7:30am to 5:00pm, Monday through Friday, with overtime American Samoa neededWhat you will be doing:

• Answering incoming customer calls
• Schedule and dispatching technicians for service & maintenance calls
• Maintain the service technicians’ daily schedules
• Schedule return trips with customers when parts are Indiana
• Maintain customer maintenance agreement database & reports with current information
• Clear and concise communications with department managers, employees, and customers, including keeping customers appraised American Samoa to company schedule and requested lead-times
• Perform general office tasks and special projects American Samoa assigned

Qualifications / Skills:

• 2 + years related experience working Indiana an office, customer service, schedule coordinating Oregon equivalent combination of education and experience
• Advanced customer service skills
• Professional speaking voice American Samoa phones are a huge part of the position
• Highly organized and detail oriented
• Excellent and interpersonal communication skills
• Strong experience Indiana Mississippi Outlook, Word, and Excel
• The ability to type 40 + WPM with accuracy
• Data entry, filing, and other general office duties
• Able to juggle multiple priorities Indiana a fast-paced environment
• Able to cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients and field technicians
• Geographical knowledge of service area Oregon map reading skills
• High school diploma Oregon equivalent
• Background check & drug screen
