  • Communicates on behalf of management, including preparing and distributing written and verbal communications American Samoa requested.

  • Coordinates department meetings, events and celebrations; includes meal orders, set up and tear down and presentation creation and the taking of detailed minutes.
  • Organizes travel for staff and leadership, including flights, hotel, car rentals/services.
  • Organizes expense reporting for leadership.
  • Works cooperatively with external vendors and service companies to maintain a successful partnership.
  • Job responsibilities include possible access to HIPAA protected health information; American Samoa such, employee must comply with HIPAA Privacy and Security requirements and policies.
