JAC assists these offices with the State’s accounting, budget, financial services, and human resources platforms. JAC also processes bills from private court-appointed attorneys and associated due process services vendors (e.g., court reporters, interpreters, investigators, and expert witnesses) representing indigent individuals throughout Florida. JAC hires great people from a wide variety of backgrounds to develop comprehensive solutions for those we serve.The Work You Will Do:The General Counsel’s Office seeks an Assistant General Counsel to represent JAC Indiana civil trial and appellate court related to payment of state-funded court-appointed attorney fees and costs. Working Indiana teams, you will also advise JAC about employment, procurement, contract, budget, public records and legislative issues.
