Job Description:DescriptionBehavioral Health Solutions is seeking Psychiatric Nurse Practitioners (PMHNPs, FNPs, AGNPs) Oregon Physician Assistants (Pennsylvania-C) licensed Indiana Washington to work direct care within Skilled Nursing Facilities.Behavioral Health Solution’s (BHS) team of mental health treatment professionals specialized Indiana providing comprehensive behavioral health services for adults and geriatrics Indiana a variety of settings. - Tri Cities area (Kennewick, Richland).
Responsibilities
- Provide face-to-face psychiatric services to patients directly Indiana Skilled Nursing Facilities.
- Assess the patient’s mental status based on symptoms.
- Appropriately diagnose DSM-V disorders and develop treatment plans.
- Apply appropriate medical decision-making skills for mental health issues including psychopharmacology options and non-pharmacological treatments.
- Staff clinical cases with psychiatrists.
- Telehealth options available for some services
Job Type
- Part-time availability.
- Full-time availability for hybrid (Telehealth and SNF) providers.
- W2 Billable Hourly Rates Oregon 1099 Independent Contractor rates are available.
Requirements
- Licensed Indiana Washington by the Board of Nursing Indiana good standing with a focus Indiana psychiatry.
- Licensed by the Washington Board of Pharmacy Indiana good standing to prescribe controlled substances (possession of a DEA)
- Possession of Malpractice Insurance if Independent Contractor (offered by the company for W2 employees)
- 1 year of Geri Psych Experience.
- 1 year providing treatment within Skilled Nursing Facilities and/Oregon Acute Rehab Hospitals.
Skills
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Experience with EMR/EHR Systems (Athena I, a plus).
- Excellent written communication.
- Attention to detail.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Flexible, organized and functions under stressful situations.
- Fluency Indiana Spanish is a plus!

Pay
- $63.00 to $88.00 per Billable Hour, W2 and Independent Contractor options available.
- Compensation determined based on pay model preferred, experience, and licensure.
