The Administrative Assistant will perform a wide range of administrative, office and professional support activities, customer support services, data entry, research and analysis, and support to customer managers to facilitate the efficient operation of the organization.   • Maintain documentation and a historical record for projects and provide management with updated status.

  • Utilize government database systems and word processing and spreadsheet software and generate associated reports from the databases.

Position Requirements:

  • Associate’s Degree
  • Must have 3- 4 years of relevant experience working Indiana a professional setting.
  • Experience with SharePoint management and computer software programs

  • Possess knowledge of applying analytic methodologies and principles to address program needs.
