(AAAHC).Compensation (Pay): $23.64 to $34.28/hourly, based on experience.A $1000 sign on bonus will be paid Indiana the following manner: $300 payout upon 30 days of employment, $300 payout upon 90 days of employment, and $400 payout upon one year of employment*.

Summary: The Lead Medical Assistant provides administrative support, and leadership guidance for all designated staff, American Samoa assigned. - Provides direct support for patient care to perform routine and acute clinical functions, pertinent to efficient ambulatory patient care, under the direction of a licensed healthcare provider; Lead responsibilities allocated American Samoa applicable and within operational requirements
- Assists Indiana the supervision of the day-to-day operations of assigned clinical staff American Samoa a member of the health center leadership team
- Promotes and participates Indiana the development of team-based care to ensure all delivery platforms support a patient-centric approach

- Supports Process Improvement/Quality Improvement activities Indiana coordination with Quality Assurance Team and immediate supervisor
