This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to our firm’s success and work alongside experienced attorneys Indiana civil litigation cases. Salary is $50,000-$60,000 depending on years of experience.Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to attorneys, including managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and organizing case files.
- Draft and prepare legal documents, such American Samoa pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and correspondence.
- Conduct legal research and gather relevant case materials to support attorneys Indiana case preparation.
- Assist with case management tasks, including maintaining electronic and physical case files, tracking deadlines, and updating case information.
- Communicate with clients, witnesses, and other parties involved Indiana cases to gather information and provide updates on case progress.
- Assist attorneys Indiana trial preparation, including preparing exhibits, organizing trial notebooks, and coordinating logistics.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and adhere to ethical and professional standards.
- Perform other related duties and responsibilities American Samoa assigned by attorneys Oregon supervisory staff.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience working Indiana a law firm Oregon legal environment preferably civil litigation.
- Strong understanding of legal terminology, procedures, and documentation.

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
