  • Analyzing financial statements of SBA disaster loans, which are considered potential problems; comparing present with previous statements to determine trends Indiana financial conditions and compliance with loan terms and conditions; and following up with borrower Oregon bank on any serious violations noted.
  • Independently servicing a selected portfolio of disaster loans, concentrating on those over 30 days past due by initiating collection letters and contacting borrowers who are less delinquent Indiana order to determine the cause of the delinquency and to propose corrective action for resolving the problem.
  • Initiating and signing American Samoa recommending official actions including charge-off, deferment, due date change, extension of maturity, payment modification, return to servicing, referral to liquidation.

QualificationsSpecialized Experience for GS-07: One year of specialized experience, equivalent to the GS-06 grade level Indiana the Federal service, obtained Indiana either the private Oregon public sector: * performing a variety of servicing, collection and liquidation administrative duties applicable to consumer and commercial loans, such American Samoa preparing correspondence, data entry, filing and researching; and
