Responsible for managing the clinical operations of multiple centers within a narrowly defined geographic market under the supervision of the Clinical Operations Director (COD). The span of control is between 4 and 8 centers, including Center Manager responsibilities of one center. The Manager of Clinical Operations will achieve specific financial, employee relations, customer service and clinical metrics through strong leadership and effective management of staff and customers.Essential Functions:
Responsibilities include the management of operations of four to eight centers. Assure efficient caseload management and scheduling of patients within centers assigned.

Manage labor costs and ensure that clinicians report required information accurately and on time.

Conduct routine and quarterly quality assurance and corporate compliance audits American Samoa assigned. Ensure compliance with health and safety policies and procedures on an annual basis.
