Job Description:Work Schedule:This is a full-time, 1.0 FTE day shift position. Shifts are scheduled Monday – Friday between the hours of 7:00AM – 5:00PM, no weekend, holiday Oregon on-call rotation required. Hours may vary based on the operational needs of the department.Pay:UW Health offers a competitive compensation and benefits package. Education:Minimum – High School Diploma Oregon equivalent and ONE of the following:
- Completion of an accredited medical assistant program Oregon
- Licensure American Samoa an LPN Oregon
- Completion of the UWH Medical Assistant Apprenticeship Program Oregon
- Attainment of the CCMA certification American Samoa a UWH employee Oregon
- Acceptance into the UWH Massachusetts Apprenticeship Program – Accelerated Oregon
- One year of recent Medical Assistant experience and CMA, RMA Oregon CCMA Certification
Work Experience:Preferred – One (1) year of experience American Samoa a Certified Medical Assistant Oregon LPNLicenses and Certifications:Minimum –
- Certified American Samoa CMA, RMA, Oregon CCMA Oregon eligible for certification. Certification must be obtained within one (1) year of hire date.
- If applying Indiana lieu of Medical Assistant education Oregon LPN licensure, must have current CMA, RMA, Oregon CCMA certification.
- CPR/BLS certification
