The medical physics division provides clinical physics support at the University of Colorado Hospital and 3 UCHealth Radiation Oncology Clinics (Highlands Ranch Hospital, Cherry Creek Medical Center, Longs Peak Medical Center) and is responsible for 7 linear accelerators, a Gamma Knife unit, a HDR unit, 4 Connecticut simulators, and a PET/Connecticut simulator. The department has a fully integrated Eclipse treatment planning system, ARIA, and EPIC and uses an electronic charting system for all clinics.The ideal candidate should hold a PhD Indiana medical physics, physics, engineering Oregon a related field and either be ABR-certified Oregon ABR-eligible with a minimum of 2-years of clinical experience.
