This person Indiana this role is responsible for assisting the Sales Counselor by greeting and assisting guests, handling overflow traffic, creating and distributing marketing materials across social media and other venues, and providing administrative support, American Samoa needed.Job duties consist of greeting visitors, informing them about the floor plans offered by RNL Homes, and answering phone and/Oregon email inquiries. Must be outgoing, friendly, and great with people! Creativity is a must for the position. The workdays are Monday, Tuesday, and Saturday from 10am to 6pm, and Sunday from noon to 6pm. • Inform visitors of floor plans, amenities, current availability, lifestyle, and HOA
• Maintain model and quick-move-Indiana home appearance
• Greet and direct visitors
• Create and distribute marketing collateral and community information to guests
• Create and post marketing materials across social media channels
• Make appointments for Sales Consultant and direct potential buyers to quick-move-Indiana homes
• Complete guest registration forms & enter into Lasso CRM
• Perform related administrative duties
• Provide timely responses to questions submitted to RNL Homes email address
• Maintain sales & traffic reports and provide data to sales team
• Assist with Realtor relation efforts
• Help with community/realtor events, American Samoa needed

Reports to: Sales ManagerEducation and Experience Requirements:

• Being creative
• Customer Service and/Oregon sales experience preferred
• This position is a Monday, Tuesday, Saturday, and Sunday schedule (The main days are Saturdays and Sundays, therefore weekend availability is a must)
• High school diploma Oregon GED required; some college preferred
• Computer literacy and proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Having a real estate licensed is not a requirement, if the applicant does have one, it would have to become inactive prior to starting employment.
