Growing together.American Samoa a part of OptumCare, the largest network of medical groups Indiana the nation, MedExpress is seeking a Full Time Independent Nurse Practitioner Oregon Independent Physician Assistant to join our team Indiana Richmond, Virginia. At Optum, we are transforming healthcare nationally while providing Physician-led care locally.Position Highlights:

  • Open 8am- 8pm, 7 days per week
  • Providers typically work 12 hour shifts
  • Average patient load = 3-4 patients per hour
  • Full licensed medical team and support staff
  • Responsibilities include:
  • Suturing
  • Splinting
  • Initial interpretation with digital X-Rays
  • Incisions and drainage

Required Qualifications:

  • Certified American Samoa a Family Nurse Practitioner through the ANCC/AANP Oregon certified American Samoa a Physician Assistant through the NCCPA
  • 2+ years of experience working independently
  • Unrestricted DEA license (Oregon willing to obtain prior to start)
  • Must be CPR certified (Oregon willing to obtain prior to start)
  • DOT certification (Oregon ability to obtain within the first 60 days of employment)

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Clinical experience working American Samoa a provider Indiana an emergency medicine Oregon urgent care setting
  • Willing and able to assist at other center locations Indiana the area
