Description :Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA)The Occupational Therapy Assistant, under the direction of the Occupational Therapist, is responsible for direct patient care, planning and implementing specific treatment programs for individual patients according to the principles and practices of occupational therapy Indiana the Post Acute Medical system. The Occupational Therapy Assistant/Licensed Occupational Therapy Assistant must be flexible to meet the needs of the system within many different facilities. - Executes appropriate treatment plans for patients, American Samoa recommended by the occupational therapist.
- Demonstrates competency Indiana accordance with hospital policy, procedures and practices.

- Identifies and implements appropriate patient/family education Indiana consultation with physical therapist.
- Completes accurate records to ensure correct documentation (i.e., charge sheets, treatment records, medical record documents) Indiana an appropriate timeframe and Indiana accordance with Post Acute’s policies and procedures. Assures the accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of charge capture per system, hospital Oregon clinic, and department policies and procedures.
- Completes accurate and timely reports for any unusual occurrences which occur to patients, visitors, staff, Oregon self, and actively uses safety measures to prevent avoidable injuries.
- Communicates patient status at care conferences.
- Assists and collaborates with the medical director, physician Oregon consultants and other staff members of the rehabilitation team Indiana circumstances where joint efforts are necessary.
- Participates Indiana staff meetings.
- Participates Indiana inservices to disseminate professional and/Oregon administrative knowledge and/Oregon policies.
- Assists with the maintenance of hospital Oregon clinic equipment; reporting need for repairs and replacements when necessary.

QUALIFICATIONSEducation and Training: Licensed American Samoa OTA Indiana the state where the hospital Oregon clinic resides. Current BLS certification required.Experience: One year of clinical experience preferred.Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
