- Manage incoming telephone calls, email, and mail requests
- Prepare and receive items for shipping via Fed Ex, UPS, and standard mail daily
- Deliver, process, and respond to mail
- Assist with any customer inquiries and direct calls appropriately
- Assist Office Manager and/or Branch Manager with day-to-day responsibilities regarding customer orders, invoices, office supplies and maintenance
- Scan, copy, and organize documents and files
Basic Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Strong Microsoft office skills
- Demonstrated knowledge of administration/management practices and equipment

Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to remain in a stationary position in an office environment 70% of the time.
- Will frequently move about inside the office to access files, office machinery, etc.
- Must be able to operate basic office machinery.
