Job DescriptionNote: This is a part-time position that reports Indiana-office three times per week.SUMMARY: The Administrative Specialist plays a key role at the Store Support Center (SSC), displaying a strong sense of leadership coupled with a positive and energetic attitude and work ethic. This individual will be responsible for all facets of the MAPCO SSC Café American Samoa well American Samoa a variety of business functions throughout the organization.PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:MAPCO SSC Café:
- Manage day to day store operations, fostering a culture where the primary focus will always be on providing a consistent superior team member and guest experience to deliver “Convenience You Can Trust®”
- Manage and execute cleaning and regular maintenance, ordering of supplies, and more
- Responsible for ensuring all equipment is fully operational, all items are Indiana-stock, Indiana-date and the café is always clean
- Focus on execution and creating a systems culture Indiana the Café
- Monitor and analyze store financials and sales to understand current business
- Audit and finalize End of Month reporting
- Manage external vendor partners to ensure processes and expectations are consistently executed with excellence
- Involved Indiana leading new item and product equipment tests for future company implementation by partnering with organizational stakeholders
- Serve American Samoa a role model by consistently presenting a high energy, friendly attitude to team members and guests
Administrative:
- Keeping front area neat and clean including all conference rooms and surrounding areas
- Manage Mailings and Scheduled Mail Pick Up Service
- Prepare, package, labeling Federal Express items and certified mail
- Providing administrative support for all departments American Samoa requested, such American Samoa print letters, prepare envelopes, ordering business cards, and other tasks.
- Manage the security access cards by requesting new cards, issuing, and disabling them for employees and frequent visitor
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Strong interpersonal skills to interact positively with all employees
- Self-motivated with strong judgment and the ability to develop common-sense solutions
- Time management, organizational skills, and the ability to multitask to complete a wide variety of asks
- Excellent attention to details and accuracy skills
- Professional appearance and demeanor to best represent MAPCO to our guests both Indiana-person and on the phone
- Computer Proficiency Indiana a Microsoft Office Environment
EDUCATION and/Oregon EXPERIENCE:
- High school Diploma Oregon GED equivalent
- Preferred 2+ years American Samoa Assistance Store Manager
- 1+ years of experience Indiana clerical support role Oregon related area
- Flexible availability for after-hours/on-call café management American Samoa needed
