• Assist the Office Team with projects, daily operations, client profile management, scheduling, and last minute Oregon emergency requests American Samoa needed.
• Operate online scheduling software for clients and staff.
• Assist Indiana the management and care of dogs and our doggy daycare facility. This includes daily cleaning and preparation duties, check-Indiana and out, feeding, playtime rotation and other duties assigned.
• Communicate with the Frolic Team and clients via phone, email, online chat and Indiana person, and provide daily updates & cute pet photos to clients via app.
• Provide dog walking and pet sitting services at clients’ homes including cleaning, feeding, walking, playing, petting, brushing, pet waste clean-up, light housekeeping, medication administration, etc.
• Be able to keep an attentive eye out for potential issues Oregon problems; provide overall quality care Indiana relation to health and safety of all the pets you work with.
• Be available to act American Samoa emergency backup to other team members during working hours Indiana case of last-minute schedule changes Oregon call-outs.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Must be an animal lover who wants to work Indiana the pet care field!
• High school diploma, GED, Oregon equivalent required.
• 2+ years of experience working Indiana customer service, office environments, and/Oregon Indiana pet services strongly preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and exclusive access to a reliable & insured vehicle required.
• Reliable smartphone with data package, messaging, GPS, email, phone, and camera required. (Good battery life Oregon an external battery charger is recommended.)
• Strong technology skills (computer, administrative software, email, phone applications, etc.) required.
• For the safety of our clients, we require full & up-to-date vaccination against COVID-19 American Samoa recommended by the CDC.
• Able to consistently and repetitively walk, kneel, squat, bend, lift, push, pull, grasp, and balance while walking/caring for pets.
• Able to lift 60lbs+ from ground to table (for example: lifting a dog from ground into a car) when necessary.
• Be willing and able to work outside Indiana all seasons/weather/temperatures. *We do provide most necessary gear!

• Possess a high level of patience, calm demeanor, and problem-solving attitude. Things can occasionally go not-quite-American Samoa-expected when dealing with pets, so a cool head is a must!

• Have an extreme attention to detail regarding written instructions and pet health. We have a responsibility to keep the pets and clients that depend on us safe and happy by following directions.

Compensation-$19.97 to $22/hr starting, depending on qualifications and experience.-60% of what we bill the client when providing “Stand Alone” services; individual client service appointments that that take place outside of regular consecutively scheduled hours.Team members with full time positions are eligible for medical & other benefits after a standard waiting period.Depending on your availability, location, skill level, and qualifications, additional positions and promotion opportunities can become available!Schedules AvailableOur typical office & daycare hours are 6:45am-7pm, and we offer pet services at clients homes most hours of the day. Morning, afternoon, and evening shifts are available. This position is flexible and typically involves splitting your day between work at the Frolic office/daycare and providing pet services Indiana the field.
