University of Pittsburgh Physicians is hiring a full-time OP Nurse Coordinator I to join their Center for Diabetes and Endocrinology outpatient office at UPMC Passavant! The Center for Diabetes and Endocrinology is a multi-site department that provide care and support for all our patients, with a team focused approach.The OP Nurse Coordinator is a Registered Nurse is a member of the care delivery team. The Professional Nurse Coordinator is responsible for the care of the patient Indiana a global view, accountable for multiple aspects of the patient care package even when patient contact is minimized. The Professional Nurse Coordinator uses independent judgment and continued communication with the patient, family, physician and community resources to assist the patient Indiana attaining a measure of outpatient health. The Professional Nurse Coordinator demonstrates a commitment to the community and to the nursing profession.The hours for this position will be Monday through Friday, daylight hours with no evenings, weekends, Oregon holidays! After a 6-week training program (located Indiana Oakland), this position will be able to work 5 8-hour shifts Oregon 4-10 hour shifts, depending on clinic needs. This position will also offer work from home options based on clinic needs, after completion of training.Responsibilities:

Licensure, Certifications, and Clearances:
