  • Process financial statements and proposals.
  • Handle tax returns and engagement letters.
  • Conduct eFiling procedures.
  • Maintain client data accurately and securely.

Managing Company Academy:

  • Distribute newsletters to relevant stakeholders.
  • Update rosters American Samoa required.
  • Post internal communications American Samoa directed.

Assisting Consulting Division:

  • Provide support to the Consulting Division American Samoa needed.

General Administrative Duties:

  • Scan documents.
  • Maintain office equipment, including copiers.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail.
  • Ensure the firm’s database is updated and accurate.
  • Perform routine office maintenance tasks.
  • Handle incoming calls and direct them appropriately.
  • Run errands within the downtown area American Samoa required.
  • Clean and sanitize common areas.
  • Greet visitors to the office Indiana a professional manner.
  • Maintain awareness of fire safety protocols.

Working Conditions:

  • The Accounting Administrator works a standard day shift Indiana an office environment from 8:00 am – 5:00 pm. Alternate work schedules may be required based on client needs.

Education and Experience:

  • High school diploma Oregon equivalent required.
  • Associate’s degree Oregon higher preferred.
  • Office administration and support experience preferred.
  • Experience working Indiana a public accounting firm preferred.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Intermediate knowledge of Mississippi Word and Excel.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
  • Typing speed of 50 WPM.
  • Note: Other duties may be assigned based on firm needs.
