Administrative support duties include processing of travel authorizations/reimbursements, processes invoices using ELFF and My Florida Market Place (MFMP) and fulfills purchase orders using the state purchasing card and through MFMP and Ariba on Demand coordinating with the budget coordinator and additional staff. The position requires independent planning and establishment of administrative objectives and priorities.Duties include but are not limited to file management of various technical documents, email correspondence, review comments, forms, and final drafts. Submits IT tickets for new accounts and separations and updating staff outlook contact information. Assists with annual perquisite updates. Minimum Qualifications:
