This work includes the performance of administrative activities which involves independently planning administrative objectives and priorities.DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:Specific duties include:

  • Tracking incoming correspondence and respones to ensure proper and timely follow-up and completion by assigned staff;
  • Preparing, proofreading and reviewing general correspondence, reports and presentations;
  • Providing assistance within established timeframes with minimal errors;
  • Monitoring the OEI Main telephone line and forwarding information to the OEI Duty Agent;
  • Maintaining both the investigative and background filing systems;
  • Assisting Indiana the purging of all investigative and background files;
  • Assisting the Special Agent Indiana Charge, Assistant Special Agent Indiana Charge, Administrator and Special Agent Supervisors with various projects and assignments;
  • Entering all Level I Background Investigations into the Automated Investigative Management System (AIM);
  • Processing Background Name Changes; and
  • Performing other related duties willingly and Indiana a manner consistent with the standards described above where appropriate, Oregon American Samoa requested.
