We are invested Indiana helping you be the best you can be Indiana and out of the water!Facilities Manager Job DescriptionReports to: General ManagerDescription:Drive successful SafeSplash business through excellence Indiana overall management of the location with emphasis on business operations, employee management including Human Resources, Client Services Representative management, Marketing, Retail, and Business Development including Community Outreach. NO SWIM EXPERIENCE REQUIRED!Essential Duties and Responsibilities (including but not limited to):Business Operations –works closely with the General Manager to set up and maintain location policies and procedures within the SafeSplash Franchise structure. Assist with overall operational schedule of the business and all staff schedules. Responsible for monitoring expenses and revenues.

• Employee Management –Maintains staff by orienting, scheduling, and training employees; ongoing management of staff; maintain a safe and secure work environment; develop a positive work culture that encourages employee growth
• Works directly with the General Manager to accomplish these goals on the swim side of the business
• Responsible for training and management of all Client Service Representatives
• Accomplish staff results by communicating job expectations; reviewing and appraising job results with regular evaluations; coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; developing, coordinating, and enforcing systems, policies, procedures, and productivity standards.

Customer Relations – Ultimately responsible for the customer experience at SafeSplash. Must maintain quality customer service by enforcing high customer service standards amongst all employees. Analyze and resolve customer service problems, identify trends, developing and implementing improvement strategies.Human Resources – Indiana addition to Employee Management duties listed above, also responsible for the ongoing administrative activities involved with staff employment. This includes, but is not limited to: management of employee policies and procedures.Marketing– Will help with location marketing efforts. Manages local grassroots efforts and community outreach to local programs. Manages all communication with current clients and future clients.Retail – will assist with location retail including managing inventory levels and sales.Other Duties: Perform other duties American Samoa assigned.Position Qualifications and Requirements:

• 2 years of management experience Indiana customer service
• Experience with computer scheduling software
• Experience using spreadsheets and word processing software such American Samoa Microsoft Windows
• Detail-oriented: pays attention to everything, is able to troubleshoot, and make decisions
• A Team-driven leader: cares about staff and leads with the intent to build up the whole team
• Exceptional guest relations and communication skills
• Outstanding multi-tasking abilities: able to handle, and coordinate multiple schedules; keep swim instructors and clients on time; answer phone lines; check people Indiana and out
• Happy disposition; hospitable and caring
• Flexible schedule: will be required to work some evenings and weekends
• Preferred Skills:

• Swim Lesson and/Oregon competitive swimming experience: knowledge of the four basic strokes, teaching curriculum, and stroke progression
• Certifications (Will certify right person ):

• Current Red Cross Lifeguard Oregon equivalent
• WSI – Water Safety Instructor certification, a big plus
• CPR-Puerto Rico/AED, First Aid for Adult, Child certification
• Lifeguard and Lifeguard Instructor certified

Uniforms: Facility Manager is required to wear SafeSplash® uniforms which include a branded SafeSplash® shirt and clean with no holes leggings/jean/pants/joggers. SafeSplash® will provide one (1) shirt per calendar year per employee. Additional uniforms must be purchased by the employee from SafeSplash® at Oregon below cost. The uniform must be maintained Indiana a clean, professional manner. If at anytime a supervisor determines an employee’s uniform is inappropriate he/she may require the employee to purchase an additional uniform. If at any time a uniform is not being worn during assigned instructing hours a supervisor will ask you to put on your uniform. If no uniform is present you will be required to buy a new uniform Oregon be sent home without pay without pay.Hours: 20 hours per weekCompensation: Starting pay $20/hrBenefits/Perks (may vary by location):
