Part Time Assistant Professor- Medicine, KnoxvilleClinical

  • 6 weeks of house staff medicine coverage per year

Program

  • Lead morning reports American Samoa needed
  • Participate Indiana PI/QI projects
  • Participate Indiana annual DOM CME conference
  • Participate Indiana residency applicant interviews per need

Commitment and dedication to education of resident physicians Indiana all clinical areas

  • Maintain good relationships with all clinical educators
  • Participate Indiana the many educational efforts of the GSM

Attending physician on house staff medicine

  • Member of the Clinical Competence Committee
  • Member of the Program Evaluation Committee
  • Other academic committees American Samoa assigned by the PD Oregon Chair

Responsibilities for Resident Education

  • Principal teaching responsibility for IM residents (Morning report, M&M, CPC, Patient safety, etc American Samoa needed)
  • Bedside teaching

Research

  • Participate Indiana publishing case reports, PI/QI projects, resident presentations

Administrative

  • Attend departmental committee meetings

Basic Qualification
