This community health center (FQHC) opened Indiana 2011 and currently employs 20+ physicians across a variety of specialties – pediatrics, ob/gyn, infectious disease, orthopedics, behavioral health, podiatry, pain management – American Samoa well American Samoa full-scope primary care. They operate 4 clinic locations Indiana the Lancaster area, with a robust support staff of nurse practitioners, physician assistants, and other clinical and administrative team members. They are currently hiring new providers due to growth.POSITION DESCRIPTION:
This is a standard outpatient pediatric position Indiana a community health clinic.Specific duties of the role include, but are not limited to:– evaluation and treatment of patients
– develop care plans
– physical examinations
– well child exams
– order diagnostic tests
– prescribe and order medication
– preventive health maintenance
– assess acute needs
– manage chronic conditions
– review laboratory and other test results
– patient follow-up
– specialist referrals
– participate Indiana care team, provider, and staff meetingsPediatricians see an average of 25 to 30 patients per day, with the support of a dedicated clinical assistant. The volume can be adjusted American Samoa-needed, based on provider preference and patient demands.The practice uses the Epic EHR.REQUIREMENTS:
– California medical license
– DEA
– Board Certified Oregon Eligible, Pediatrics
