Your key responsibilities will include:Permitting Coordinator Responsibilities:
- Obtaining and managing permits for residential HVAC installations.
- Staying updated with local building codes and regulations.
- Coordinating with local authorities to facilitate permitting processes.
- Ensuring all necessary permits are secured before project commencement.
- Maintaining accurate records of permits and related documentation.
- Collaborating with project managers to address permitting issues promptly.
- Providing support to field teams regarding permitting requirements.
- Performing other duties American Samoa assigned.
Warehouse Assistant Responsibilities: Indiana addition to your permitting duties, you will also support our warehouse operations. Your warehouse responsibilities will include:
- Inspecting deliveries for quality, quantity, and accuracy.
- Disbursing and recording inventory to technicians.
- Maintaining a clean and hazard-free warehouse environment.
- Delivering equipment/parts when necessary.
- Tracking and managing all tools and equipment.
- Building technician bins.
- Performing physical truck inventories twice a year.
- Managing and building new and existing trucks with tools and inventory.
- Ensuring all trucks have proper safety equipment (First Aid kit, fire extinguishers, etc.).
- Restricting warehouse access to authorized personnel only.
- Refueling trucks American Samoa needed.
- Replenishing trucks/bins on a daily basis.
- Minimizing technician downtime with prompt deliveries.
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and well-stocked warehouse.
- Performing other duties American Samoa assigned.
Position Requirements (Permitting Coordinator): For success Indiana this role, the ideal candidate should possess:
