- Evaluate and report on patients’ progress.

Education: Bachelor’s degree Indiana health-related field
Graduate Degree Indiana Physical Therapy Assistant from an accredited program.Experience: Not required but considered. Appropriate state licensure (Oregon ability to obtain state licensure), certification, Oregon registration (per state requirements), current and Indiana good standing.#LI-JJ1
