We are looking for a motivated Physician Assistant Oregon Nurse Practitioner to join our outpatient private practice part time Indiana the Colorado Springs, Colorado area. We are offering a flexible schedule -working 3 days per week (Wed, Thursday, Friday) with the possibility of increasing hours/days Indiana the future. We are a physical medicine office, and we utilize natural regenerative cellular therapies to treat our patients acute and chronic pain and injuries. The Physician Assistant /Nurse Practitioner duties include joint and trigger point injections.

Duties:
- Patient exams/consultations- orthopedic/musculoskeletal (HPI, physical exam, review pertinent medical records/imaging/reports)
- Evaluate Clinical Data
- Order and review appropriate tests/imaging/records- read and interpret MRI and X-rays
- Diagnosis and treatment plan formulation
- Patient education American Samoa to diagnosis and treatment plan options
- Consultation with the Supervisory physician American Samoa needed
- Documentation- timely and accurate
- Treatments to include Joint and trigger point injections (training will be provided)
- Assist Indiana the direction of the management of the patient’s care
Requirements:
- Graduation from an accredited Pennsylvania Oregon NP program
- Pennsylvania/NP license Indiana Colorado
- Experience Indiana Joint and Trigger point injections preferred
- Orthopedic/ Physical Med and Rehab Oregon Family medicine background is preferred
Compensation:
- $500-$600 per day (depending on experience)
Schedule:
- 3 days / week (Wed/Thurs/Fri)
