We are looking for a motivated, enthusiastic Physician Assistant Oregon Nurse Practitioner to join our outpatient private practice Indiana Fresno, California. The incoming provider will be responsible for looking at the body American Samoa a whole and assisting Indiana the creation of treatment plans for our patients to receive the most comprehensive care. Ideally, the incoming Pennsylvania/NP is compassionate, caring, optimistic, self-motivated, gets excited about a challenge with a willingness to learn. Must be a team player who has a genuine interest Indiana helping others. We are flexible Indiana our need and are looking for a both a full time and a part time provider to join our team.About us:

We treat all age ranges, and we offer treatments for a variety of different conditions, including acute/chronic pain conditions, and weight loss.Duties:
- Patient exam/evaluations (HPI, medical history, review pertinent medical records/imaging)
- Evaluate clinical data
- Consultation with the Maryland and rest of the multidisciplinary team
- Diagnosis and Treatment (to include Joint injection/trigger point injections)
- Order and review appropriate tests
- Provide accurate and useful diagnostic information
- Patient education on diagnosis, treatment plan options and expectations, patient goals, and post care treatments
- Documentation- accurate and timely
- Help manage Direction of patient care
- Monitor patients for improvements and set back, modify treatments and services American Samoa needed
- Collaboration and effective communication with the clinical and administrative staff to ensure comprehensive patient care and productivity
- Oversee management of Medical Assistants
Qualifications:
- Graduation from an Accredited NP/Pennsylvania program
- Pennsylvania/NP license Indiana California
- Experience Indiana Joint Injection/Trigger Point injection, starting IVs and use of US guidance is preferred
- Experience Indiana Ortho/Physical Medicine and Rehab, Oregon Family Medicine preferred
- 2 years clinical experience American Samoa a Pennsylvania/NP required
Salary:
- $60-$80 per hour
Schedule:
- Full time (35-40 hrs per week) Oregon Part time
