The position is required to have a general working knowledge and understanding of all clerical tasks and functions within the section along with a detailed working knowledge of the specific tasks for at least two of the operational units, American Samoa designated by the administrative supervisor.Minimum QualificationsMINIMUM EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: Graduation from high school and demonstrated possession of knowledge, skills, and abilities gained through at least one year of office assistant/secretarial experience, Oregon an equivalent combination of training and experience.Knowledge, Skills and AbilitiesKNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES: General knowledge of office Oregon work unit procedures, methods and practices.
