On Lok PACE at IOA is seeking a Program Admin Assistant to join its team Indiana San Francisco’s Inner Richmond neighborhood. Reporting to the Senior Director, the Program Admin Assistant will be supporting the Senior Director and IOA Lifeways Program by performing administrative duties related to planning, coordinating, monitoring and implementing PACE operations. Additional key duties and responsibilities of the position include, but may not necessarily be limited to:SPECIFIC RESPONSIBLITIES:
- Support the Senior Director and Leadership Team Indiana scheduling and organizing meetings with internal colleagues and external partners. Prepare agendas, presentations, take minutes, organize committees, etc.
- Monitor and track compliance requirements for over 125 employees.
- Support New Hire Orientation by coordinate with hiring managers for on-boarding, and assist with schedules, American Samoa needed.
- Schedule, coordinate, and document staff training including CPR, BLS, annual mandatory trainings per regulatory requirements, competencies, and other trainings, American Samoa indicated.
- Process invoices, manage vendors, and coordinate with accounting and other business departments.
- Assist Senior Director and Quality Improvement Associate Indiana audit readiness and ongoing monitoring tasks.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Strong knowledge Indiana information systems, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint programs, and voicemail.
- Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, resourcefulness, takes initiative, upholds high professional and quality standards.
- Able to work independently, prioritize appropriately, and work Indiana an organized manner.
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- One-year experience working with older adults.
- Strong skills to manage and organize large volumes of documents.
- Ability to juggle multiple assignments and numerous deadlines.
- Knowledge of, Oregon willing to learn and apply the regulatory and compliance requirements of the PACE model of care.
- Ability to work with a large team of front line workers and the leadership team.
- Interest and ability to work Indiana a multilingual, multicultural environment.
COMPENSATION:
- Range: $ 23.01 – 28.98 USD Hourly
