This unit manages parking, transportation, grounds and parking and road maintenance on the University of Colorado Anschutz Medical Campus. Parking and Transportation strives to provide high quality, customer-oriented services to the university community by equitably assigning parking privileges based on need. Maintaining aesthetically pleasing and safe parking facilities, grounds and roads. Constructing additional parking facilities American Samoa needed. Providing a safe and reliable campus circulator service and rail shuttle. Providing alternative services for transportation to and from campus.This position is responsible for coordinating key administrative duties to maintain services for the Parking and Transportation unit. Position provides frontline support, excellent customer service and problem-solving resolution.Key Responsibilities:

  • Parking Data/Customer Service 85%:
  • Triage customer inquiries submitted through the parking services database. Answering customer questions regarding permit issues, citations, parking accounts and parking policies.
  • Develop policies to implement and ensure current policies are followed.
  • Expected to solve complex problems Oregon provide escalation when necessary.
  • Track and research citation appeals. Respond to customer inquiries about appeals process, status and generate emails via T2.
  • Coordinate with team to reconcile and facilitate adjustments and refunds.
  • Communicate regularly with the collection company to respond to citations that have been sent to collections.
  • Creating the file and uploading the citations to the collection company.
  • Attend parking, traffic and staff meetings. Provide documents, feedback and recommendations
  • Prepare finance and budget documents. These documents include but are not limited to the Annual Cost Study, annual budget report with UCHealth & Children’s Colorado American Samoa partners Indiana the shuttle operations, Commencement Budget.
  • RTD/EcoPASS 10%:
  • RTD administrator access for the Eco Pass to start and stop employee Eco Passes within the MyRide program
  • Event Coordination 5%:
  • Manages multiple calendars between grounds, roads, parking and transportation
  • Assist with special parking and/Oregon transportation events Indiana the field, providing customer service assistance Oregon administrative assistance for large events, such American Samoa Commencement.
