  • High school diploma required.

Minimum Work Experience:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience Indiana a health care setting required.
  • Medical Assistant (Massachusetts) Certification- preferred

  • Complete monthly and quarterly compliance audits assigned by Patient Services Compliance Manager.
  • Manage the PPOSBC forms process and tracking of PPOSBC forms.
  • Assist with health center annual compliance audits.
  • Assist with reviewing monthly compliance checklists that health centers complete. Alert Patient Services Compliance Manager of findings to address.
  • Assist with data logger temperature tracking and assigning new users.
  • Assists Compliance Manager with ensuring clinical care is delivered Indiana compliance with DHS, CLIA, OSHA, PPFA (non-clinical care related) guidelines.
